JOB TITLE: Program Support Manager-CNRC


Act as Project Manager (PM) for multiple Navy client-site projects and Program Management Office support to other Navy-Marine Corps Market PMs.


  • Manage cost, schedule, and performance of Navy client-site projects involving a diverse workforce dispersed at multiple locations
  • Interact effectively with the government customers at multiple locations
  • Effectively conduct Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring & Controlling, and Closing Project Management processes in accordance with WBB ISO instructions
  • Interact effectively with the WBB Business Operations staff, and Navy-Marine Corps Client Partner
  • Administer WBBís Quality Program in assigned projects
  • Serve as the hiring manager, coordinating recruiting efforts, interviewing candidates, making hiring recommendations to the DoD Vice President
  • Manage the employees after hiring
  • Provide Program Management Office support to other Navy-Marine Corps Market PMs


Security Clearance: Secret

  • Active Secret Clearance
  • Bachelorís degree from an accredited college or university
  • Practical experience leading projects or major project tasks
  • Proficiency in building and using basic models and tools in MS Excel
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in use of online collaborative tools (e.g., MS Teams, MS SharePoint)
  • Experience in conflict resolution, problem solving, and process improvement
  • Basic knowledge of Government contracting and DoD Acquisition processes


  • Experience working with the Navy manpower, personnel, training and education enterprise
  • Program Management Professional certification
  • Experience in business development, capture, and bid & proposals
