Provide program, administrative, integration, and analytical support to Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC N34) Force Protection program requirements, policy, doctrine and oversight processes, and management planning.


  • Review Force Protection waiver and exception requests submitted by CNIC installations and regions based on existing federal laws, Presidential/Executive Orders and, current DoD/Navy policies and provide CNIC response recommendations for final staffing of requests
  • Assist in conducting DOTMLPF analysis and identification of associated impacts to CNIC N34 policy and doctrine and other emerging programs
  • Assist N34 in program development of CNIC airfield enclaves. Tasking includes developing airfield enclave policy
  • Conduct airfield surveys with the N34 team lead as a team member responsible for observing existing security conditions of CNIC airfields and making recommendations to how best to enclave the airfield to meet existing DoD/Navy requirements. Process survey findings and draft final reports and briefs that will be used by CNIC to direct NAVFAC to conduct engineering studies and develop project packages to fully enclave CNIC airfields to meet OPNAV level two restricted area requirements


Security Clearance: Secret

  • U.S. Citizen
  • Active Secret Clearance
  • Bachelor degree
  • Minimum of 2 years of highly relevant experience
  • Knowledge of DOD title 10 responsibilities and regulations
  • Knowledge of Navy Force Protection Antiterrorism, and Security Program requirements, concepts, methodology and training requirements
  • Experience in providing command level briefings and doctrine
  • Knowledge in management principles, concepts and techniques, project management, website and data management, data plans, project tracking, document management and the Command, Control, Communications and Computer Intelligence (C4I) suite
  • Knowledge of NAVFAC ATFP policies, procedures and processes
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Suite programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)


  • Practical experience in the Navy Force Protection program (Antiterrorism, Law Enforcement and Physical Security)
  • Experience on CNIC, Navy Region, or Installation staff
