JOB TITLE: FSO / Office Administrator


The Facility Security Officer (FSO) and Office Administrator will be responsible for ensuring WBB meets the requirements of the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), and provides administrative assistance to the local office as required.


As FSO, candidate will perform the following duties:

  • Serve as appoint Facility Security Officer for respective WBB office location
  • As a member of WBB’s centralized security team, assist in maintaining personnel security clearances, visit requests, periodic reinvestigations, and other personnel security actions
  • Manage personnel security actions and/or records in applicable government databases, such as JPAS, DISS, ACCS, SPOT, etc
  • Coordinates, implements, and ensures that proper Industrial Security procedures are followed in accordance with the NISPOM, Intelligence Community Directives, Department of Defense and WBB, Inc. Standard Practice Procedures (SPP) and other applicable government sponsor regulations
  • Maintain document and visitor control records in accordance with DCSA requirements utilizing Access Commander (or similar system)
  • Maintenance of restricted, closed, and/or SCIF areas, as applicable
  • Receipt and inventory management of classified documents and/or AIS in conjunction with delegated ISSM, if applicable
  • Provide guidance and support to staff members concerning all security administrative functions
  • Other security related functions as assigned

As Office Administrator, candidate will perform the following duties;

  • Provides office administration services for two office locations in Niceville, FL and Shalimar, FL with Niceville office as the primarily work location.
  • Greeting visitors in and out of the facility, badging, record keeping, and related tasks
  • Managing and procuring office supplies
  • Accepting, sending, and tracking all office mail and shipments
  • Manage supplier invoices (phone, copier, etc.) to ensure timely submittal for payment
  • Organize and execute office social and business functions
  • Coordinate with HR and WBB hiring managers to smoothly execute new-employee inprocessing and on-boarding functions


Security Clearance: Secret

  • Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance
  • 1-2 years’ experience as FSO or AFSO
  • 1 year of JPAS/DISS experience


  • Experience with JPAS, e-QIP, NISS, NCCS, SWFT
  • DCSA CDSE FSO Program Management for Safeguarding Facilities certification
  • Experience with security application databases such as Access Commander, SIMS, or similar databases
