JOB TITLE: Management Analyst (International Business )- GH


The Air Force Program Executive Officer for ISR & SOF (AFLCMC/WI) has the collective Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC) mission responsibility for equipping ISR & SOF warfighters to dominate the battlespace. In order to meet current and projected workload requirements in support of AFLCMC/WI, the Government must augment its organic (military and civil service) capabilities within the Global Hawk Division (AFLCMC/WIG) with Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) support.


  • Prepare documents, spreadsheets and presentations using Microsoft Office products, eSAMM and SharePoint tools
  • Assist in writing and developing SOW documents and CDRLs designed to govern international Global Hawk weapon systems procurement
  • Answer requests for information, perform risk analyses, and assist with resolution of program issues
  • Assist in preparing CONUS and OCONUS travel arrangements and vouchers using DTS
  • Apply management functions to gather, analyze, evaluate, and coordinate foreign military sale-related agreements, manpower plans, and documentation using DoD information systems
  • Prepare documentation and briefing materials, international agreements, and update international sales-related documents
  • Using DSAMS and SAMRS information systems, serve as the primary POC to support FMS LOA and associated manpower profiles, data creation, coordination, amendment and modification
  • Assist in writing and developing contract SOW documents and CDRLs designed to govern international Global Hawk FMS weapon systems procurement
  • Coordinate arrangements, agendas, and briefing materials and track program action items and suspenses for meetings, reviews, working groups or audits
  • Provide administrative and logistical assistance for visiting personnel, assuring proper clearance of foreign visitors and agendas
  • Prepare, submit, coordinate, and track USAF foreign disclosure requests and export compliance/control documentation review for routing
  • Analyze the organizational mission and structure as well as the scope of the foreign military sales programs to support the establishment and maintenance of official file plans with use of AFRIMS


Security Clearance: Secret

  • Must possess a US Collateral Secret security clearance and NATO Secret clearance
  • Bachelorís degree
    • Six (6) years of additional work experience may be substituted for a Bachelorís degree; OR,
    • Four (4) years of additional work experience plus an Associateís degree may be substituted for a Bachelorís degree
  • Three (3) yearsí experience
  • Eighteen (18) months of experience must have been performed on DoD programs/projects
  • Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Must be able to communicate with senior personnel and coordinate work and meeting schedules
  • Must be able to understand instructions and carry out those instructions in a swift and efficient manner
  • Must be familiar with, or attend initial government-provided training on DTS and ATAAPS systems


  • Eight (8) to ten (10) year experience in an office administrative/operations environment
  • Experience with USAF and/or DoD contracts
  • Experience with Electronic Records Management (ERM), Air Force Records Information Management System (AFRIMS), Functional Area Records Management (FARM) duties, Records Custodian (RC) duties, Automated Time Attendance and Production System (ATAAPS) and Defense Travel System (DTS)
  • Major Defense Acquisition Program experience
  • Air Force program office experience
