JOB TITLE: Project Coordinator, Logistics Systems


WBB is seeking a qualified applicant to join our Huntsville, AL, based logistics team supporting multiple government customers. Support includes Supply Chain Management, Inventory Control, and Total Asset Visibility (e.g., shipping and receiving, configuration management, distribution management, training, property accountability, and equipment disposition).


This position is multi-functional and includes components in logistics database entry and management of technical projects. As a member of our property accountability team, the candidate will focus on the timely completion of technical projects relating to Army and Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) logistics databases and other logistics initiatives and priorities.

  • Possess relevant experience in the inventory and supply management of equipment and systems throughout the supply chain
  • Develop and execute instructional documentation with step by step processes for training and maintaining database processes
  • Interface with internal and external stakeholders to achieve timely completion of logistics database integration efforts
  • Assists the Deputy PM with administrative and functional tasks related to the contract


Security Clearance: Secret

  • ACTIVE DoD Secret Clearance
  • Master's Degree and three (3) years of experience or Ten (10) years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
  • Experience utilizing Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) and/or Government databases
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
  • US military service (any branch) or equivalent Government / contracting experience
  • Deep knowledge of office productivity applications (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Experience leading projects to completion while meeting goals for cost, schedule, and performance
  • Experience developing professional documentation, presentations, and training materials
  • CONUS travel may be required


  • Experience using databases such as Army Enterprise Systems Integration Program (AESIP), Logistics Information Warehouse (LIW), Web Federal Logistics Information System (WebFLIS), and FEDLOG
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Experience using Catalog Ordering Logistics Tracking System (COLTS)
  • Experience using the IUID Registry
  • Knowledge of Defense Logistics Management Standards (DLMS)
  • Knowledge and experience with Internet Information Services (IIS) Servers and websites
  • Experience completing Army Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) and Test Plans
  • Familiarity with logistics Automated Information Technology (AIT) – IUID, RFID, etc.
