WBB is seeking candidates to provide the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) Research & Development (RD) Directorate with cutting edge programmatic services. The RD organization provides science, technology and capability development investments that maintain the U.S. military’s technological superiority in countering WMD and asymmetric threats, mitigate the risks of technical surprise and respond to the warfighter’s urgent technical requirements. WBB is seeking individuals with relevant experience to support this mission as part of an integrated team of programmatic, acquisition, regulatory, and policy subject matter experts.


  • Partners with management to ensure proper cost allocation to the project cost objectives
  • Evaluates project cost against project budgets
  • Assures cost control and accounting procedures are being adhered to
  • Reviews and analyzes the status of assigned projects for the purpose of cost reporting
  • Provides management with clear and accurate cost information to help them make decisions
  • Verifies accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions
  • Archives project files regarding, payroll, invoicing, cost controls, purchase orders, contracts and subcontracts as required
  • Maintains accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions
  • Perform stakeholder engagement – work with the Joint Staff, Service representatives, Cost Assessment and Program Evaluation (CAPE) and other DoD representatives to enable RD to influence the annual DoD CWMD, C-IT and CTN threat portfolio assessment process
  • Project requirements/budget planning based on portfolio/program requirements analysis activities
  • Project execution, to include required project management, documentation, status and tracking, development, integration, test, and transition


Security Clearance: Secret

  • Active Secret
  • Bachelor’s degree with 20 or more years’ relevant experience


  • TS/SCI Eligible
