WBB is seeking candidates to provide the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) Research & Development (RD) Directorate with cutting edge programmatic services. The RD organization provides science, technology and capability development investments that maintain the U.S. military’s technological superiority in countering WMD and asymmetric threats, mitigate the risks of technical surprise and respond to the warfighter’s urgent technical requirements. WBB is seeking individuals with relevant experience to support this mission as part of an integrated team of programmatic, acquisition, regulatory, and policy subject matter experts.


  • Compiles information for preparation of grants, contracts and agreements.
  • Assesses the development of program or project activities
  • Responds to program or project related complaints and requests for information
  • Classifies program, project or system enhancements.
  • Installs new and revised programs and systems
  • Performs research and analysis in the development of program or project activities
  • Participates in the development and implementation of goals and objectives
  • Interprets and applies policies and procedures.
  • Performs research and prepares studies as required
  • Provide programmatic and technical domain support (CBRNE, CWMD, CIT, CTN) to the RD Directorate, Departments and Divisions, to ensure all programmatic and portfolio management planning, management and execution activities are supported at the Directorate, Front Office, Department, Division and program levels
  • Maintain status and tracking of Portfolio/program governance, to include the structure, process and procedures to control operations and changes to performance objectives, along with metrics to indicate the health and progress of the program
  • Ensure that each component part of the portfolio/program is properly integrated to meet DoD and DTRA level requirements. Activities include the review, analysis, and assessment of RD portfolios/programs to identify and recommend integration and synergy opportunities within both the RD Directorate and across the DTRA-wide portfolios


Security Clearance: Secret

  • Active Secret Security Clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree with 0-4 years of experience or Associate degree with 5 - 8 years of experience
