JOB TITLE: Process Improvement Manager-CNRC


Provide day-to-day project management support to Commander, Navy Recruiting Command (CNRC) for process improvement projects including coordination of initiatives, schedule management, and reporting in accordance with the principles established by the Project Management Institute (PMI) best practices.


  • Lead working groups and process improvement project teams
  • Provide integrated master plans, integrated master schedules, Gantt charts, critical path analysis, plans of action and milestones (POAMs), timelines, work breakdown schedules, user reports, and communications plans for process improvement projects
  • Review technical documentation. Provide management reports to include required information from applicable management systems/databases, format data for reports/presentations, and present reports
  • Identify and create process improvement metrics standards
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of a supply chain management process/architecture to oversee the flow of sailors through the MPTE production components


Security Clearance: Secret

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance
  • 10 years of experience in Project Management, Data Analysis, Financial Analysis, Marketing and Public Affairs, Organizational Management, and Business Process Improvement
  • High proficiency in the entire Microsoft Office 2010 suite of software applications to include Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Access, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Visio, and Microsoft SharePoint Workspace.


  • Bachelorís degree in mathematics, statistics, business, law, engineering, social sciences, physical/applied sciences, or management discipline such as business administration, accounting, finance, economics or management information technology
  • Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP)
