JOB TITLE: Senior Program Manager Ė XZZ


The DoD Anti-Tamper Executive Agent (ATEA) Program office [Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC/XZZ)] leads the DoD technology development and exploration efforts to protect program information from compromise when in fielded systems 

Mission Goals:

1. Conduct the DOD Anti-Tamper Education and outreach program to educate acquisition staff and contractors

2. Lead assessment of technologies to protect program information.

3. Support the evaluation of system architectures

4. Work with DoD Service Laboratories to explore state-of-the-art solutions to the threats


  • Interacts with technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Service leads within the Army, Navy, Air Force, Missile Defense Agency, and National Laboratories to organize, plan, and support strategy and policy meetings to develop and communicate guidance/strategy
  • Supports development and establishment of Cooperative Research and Development Agreements (CRADA) and other Independent Research and Development (IRAD) contract vehicles with the goal to build partnerships supporting Government laboratory assessment and technology development for transfer to industry
  • Provides project management support to on-going technology development and assessment projects via scheduled technical reviews and working group meetings
  • Develops and maintains a roadmap for specific DoD-related technology development areas within the Service laboratories.
  • Determines level of support to Foreign Military Sales programs.
  • Applies integration, communication, coordination, organizational and planning expertise to technical efforts across a broad spectrum of functional disciplines and stakeholders
  • Applies industrial security policies and procedures; updates security classification guides
  • Develops Government Request for Proposal packages and conducts technical evaluations of contractor proposals
  • Develops and drafts documentation and ensures quality control 


Security Clearance: Secret

  • SECRET security clearance with Single Scope Background Investigation within the last 6 years and be eligible for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), Special Access Programs (SAP) access, and ability to obtain a TOP SECRET Clearance
  • Bachelorís Degree with a minimum of 10 years of related experience or a Masterís Degree with eight years of related experience


  • TOP SECRET security clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) eligibility and background investigation current within the past 6 years.
  • 12 months or more of Special Access Program (SAP) experience within the past 5 years.
  • Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) certification in Program Management.
  • DoD Acquisition Program Office experience.
