JOB TITLE: Financial Analyst


WBB is seeking a Senior Budget and Finance Analyst for a full-time opportunity. The candidate will be responsible for a full range of resource management activities, including five-year defense programming, budget formulation, execution, and financial reconciliation.


  • Work directly in General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS), the Government Financial Accounting Systems, to complete, collect, and distribute financial data for review by Government Personnel
  • Utilize SAP application software, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, and perform the functions of the Army Business Process areas of GFEBS
  • Prepare and process funding documents for mission, customer, and Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) funding
  • Create funding transfer documents of various types, as required
  • Create Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Sales Orders for incoming funding documents
  • Create Purchase Requests, route for signatures, submit and track
  • Monitor Invoices on large contracts and agreements, and payments of specified expenses
  • Generate monthly financial status reports and / or assist with updates
  • Review unliquidated obligations (ULOís), coordinate and provide documented guidance on the necessary adjustments to be implemented the appropriate functional areas (Resource Management, Procurement, and DFAS)
  • Provide support to senior financial personnel, as required
  • Generate, review, and submit the DD1144 Support Agreement documents for all sponsors
  • Route and manage this process as a central POC


Security Clearance: Secret

  • Active DoD Security Clearance
  • Active GFEBS account and experience
  • B. S. or B.A. degree in Business, Accounting, Information Systems, or other related fields preferred
  • Specialized experience in Budgetary Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Earned Value Management (EVM), and Acquisition programs
  • Demonstrable understanding of standard bookkeeping and account procedures for Government Accounting
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience with MS Office Products, particularly Excel


  • Innovative, with the ability to resolve complex issues, strong organizational skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to effectively convey information across all organizational levels
  • Strong customer service focus
