JOB TITLE: Army Aviation Principal III


Individual will participate on and/or manage teams providing multi-disciplinary study support to government and industry customers. Candidate will provide multi-disciplinary support to organizations supporting the military services, federal agencies, and industry. Will also serve as an advisor to decision makers and their teams. Duties will include planning, executing, and controlling studies and analysis. Will work with senior personnel on a regular basis, and will frequently be called on to provide briefings and lead large meetings. Candidate must have US Army Aviation experience with an active secret clearance who desire full time employment but will consider qualified candidates for a part time.


Provide subject matter expertise and program management for a wide range of projects, to include government and commercial customers. Duties can include:

  • Contribute to ongoing Future Vertical Lift analysis, requirements and acquisition efforts
  • Provide subject matter expertise for DoD, Joint Staff and Service requirements policy and procedures
  • Provide subject matter expertise to efforts addressing organizational issues, health care, leadership/culture development, or as required
  • Serve as a key advisor to government personnel
  • Work with mid-to-senior government officials on a regular basis
  • Provide briefings and lead large meetings frequently
  • Plan, execute and control programs
  • Organize, train, and supervise personnel
  • Participate in the development of future business opportunities.


Security Clearance: Secret

  • DOD Secret Clearance
  • Bachelor Degree
  • Tactical Army combat aviation brigade command
  • Experience as a Special Forces operator
  • Knowledge of the DoD Future Vertical Lift Initiative
  • Appropriate level communications and presentation skills


  • Active TS with SCI eligibility
  • Master Degree in related field
  • Broad experience with development, coordination and communication of program management strategies and recommendations with mid- and senior-level Service and OSD personnel
