JOB TITLE: CNIC N3AT Program Analyst III - CNIC

PROJECT OVERVIEW:  

Provide program, integration, and analytical support to CNIC N3AT program including drafting policy, doctrine and oversight processes, and management planning.   The contractor is responsible to and should obtain approval from CNIC N3AT, Headquarter Program Director (HPD) or his/her designate on any task assigned. 

JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist N3AT with administrative support for executing the CNIC force protection program.

  • Provide services for tracking and coordinating newly assigned and outstanding task assignments using various tasking programs including TV5 and DONTRACKER.
  • Provide services to prepare draft and final quality assurance reviews of N3AT correspondence and administrative staff packages.
  • Provide services for computer-based tracking programs and files.
  • Assist N3AT in the development of metrics-based reporting formats.
  • Support N3AT in the development of a training solution which may include user training for N3AT administrative tools and programs.
  • Support N3AT in drafting instructions and policy for the management and utilization of N3AT administrative tools and programs. This may also include drafting a quality assurance program to ensure system and data integrity.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Security Clearance: Secret

  • Active Secret Clearance
  • U.S. Citizen
  • Bachelorís degree and two (2) years of experience (four years of experience is equivalent to a bachelorís degree)
  • Possess knowledge of Navy Force Protection, Antiterrorism, Law Enforcement and Physical Security Program requirements, concepts, methodology and training to ensure the identification and promulgation of an effective program for force protection administrative support of the N3AT mission.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Access)

DESIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in DoD Force Protection or law enforcement.
  • Experience providing administrative support on a Navy headquarters staff
  • Experience on CNIC HQ, Navy Region, or Installation staff

WORK LOCATION: Washington Navy Yard, Washington D.C.  

TRAVEL: <10%
